y		AYSO is open to all children from 4-18 years who want to play soccer. Anyone who pays the fee (online, mail, in person) and sends us a signed paper form by April 28, will be on a team.

WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS: coaches, referees, and board members. Why not join us and volunteer to coach, ref, or work on the board and help make this program good for your children. AYSO provides the training but we need your help.

s		Children play with other children of similar ages. Boys and girls have their own leagues within Flagstaff AYSO. Four-year olds play with other four-year olds. Five-year olds play with other five-year olds. Children 6 and 7 play with each other, and so on.

The date of age determination for the season is the player's age on July 31. A child who is 4 years old on July 31 is eligible to participate in the program.

s		Register by April 28 for $60 for the first child and $55 for every additional child in the same family. Even if you sign up online, print the form, sign it, and MAIL your registration form (it is also the medical release form that your coach is required to have) to AYSO, PO Box 307, Flagstaff, AZ 86002.

We accept for payment online through the AYSO national web site from March 1 - July 11.

r		 Mail in Registration: Registration forms and an instruction sheet starting March 1 will be available in the Flagstaff Public Library (west branch on top of the bins to the left after entering the front door, east branch at the desk) and at the Flagstaff Aquaplex on 4th St. Follow the instructions to COMPLETELY fill out the form.

For each child, mail a completed form with the registration fee to AYSO, PO Box 307, Flagstaff, AZ 86002. The registration fee is $60 for the first child. It must be postmarked no later than Thursday, April 28, 2012, to be accepted for the registration fee of $60 for the first child and $55 for additional players in the same family. Starting on April 29, the fee is $65 for each child.

 Arena Registration: Come in person to TBA on Thursday, April 28, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The fee will be $60 during arena registration.

Online Registration: You may register online and pay () through the AYSO national web site only through July 11. Late registration is $65 for every player.
