y		AYSO is open to all children from 4-18 years who want to play soccer. Anyone who signs up during regular registration will be on a team.

Coaches and referees are parents who volunteer to work with their children. AYSO provides the training so parents have fun working with their kids.

s		Children play with other children of similar ages. Boys and girls have their own leagues within Flagstaff AYSO. Five-year olds play with other five-year olds. Children 6 and 7 play with each other, and so on.

The date of age determination for the season is the player's age on July 31. A child who is 4 years old on July 31 is eligible to participate in the program.

s		Every child is $55. Register by May 3 for $50 for the first child and $45 for every additional child in the same family. Sign and MAIL your registration form (it is also the medical release form that your coach is required to have) to AYSO, PO Box 307, Flagstaff, AZ 86002 postmarked by May 3. Late registration starts on May 4.

The registration fee is based on expenses last year and our projection for the coming year.

We accept for payment online through the AYSO national web site starting March 1 (additional $2 off for first child if you pay online).

r		 Mail in Registration: Registration forms and an instruction sheet starting March 1 will be available in the Flagstaff Public Library (on top of the bins to the left after entering the front door) and in the carousel at the entrance to the Parks and Recreation Office in Flagstaff City Hall. Follow the instructions to COMPLETELY fill out the form.

For each child, mail a completed form with the registration fee to AYSO, PO Box 307, Flagstaff, AZ 86002. The registration fee is $50 for the first child. It must be postmarked no later than Saturday, May 3, 2007, to be accepted for the registration fee of $50 for the first child and $45 for additional players in the same family. Starting on May 4, the fee is $55 for each child.

 Arena Registration: Come in person to Killip School on Saturday, May 3, from 9 AM to 1 PM. The fee will be $50 during arena registration.

If you choose to come to arena registration, you may have to wait in line for an extended period, so register online or mail in your registration instead and save time and money.

Online Registration: You may register online and pay () through the AYSO national web site following the same dates as apply for the other registration methods.

If you register late and send in your fee and registration form, you will be placed on a team as soon as a place is available.
