| Registration fees are set to meet expenses. The registration fee in 1999 was $35 per player. For 2000 - 2002 the regular registration fee was $40 for the first player and $35 for additional players in the same family. Late registration was $45 for every player. A $2 discount applied to the first child if you registered early through on-line or mail-in. The fees will remain the same for 2003.
The expenses for each player are given in the table below. For 1999 - 2002, dollars are the actual expenses incurred. For 2003, expenses per player are projected for the coming season. In 2001, AYSO increased the national registration fees halfway through the season from $9.00 to $10.50 because of additional expenses from our association with the United States Soccer Federation and from increased cost of insurance for players and volunteers. |
