Camp Director Alan Meeder is a master coach and teacher. His High School teams have won league titles and he was twice Southern California College Coach of the Year at U.C. Santa Barbara. Alan has given coaching courses in 30 states and has certified over 5,000 coaches as AYSO's National Director of coaching. He served as the soccer advisor on a film with Pele and directed a 150 team tournament for McDonald's. Alan produced and appeared in the video series Soccer Games from the Soccer Academy. He has a new video out on how to teach soccer to young kids. His Arizona residential soccer camp at Embry Riddle University is always packed. |

Schedule
The camp is 3 hours per day for 5 days from June 16-20. You may choose 9-Noon or 2-5 PM. There will be coaches for beginners and returning players in both morning and afternoon sessions. The cost is $70 per player. |

Beginners
play as if they have already had 1-2 seasons under their belts. They dribble, pass, and control the ball like seasoned players. |  |

Awards
There will be awards for best skilled, most improvement during camp, and best teamwork for players in the beginner group and in the advanced group in both morning and afternoon sessions. |

12-13 year-old players
Besides the other beginners and advanced players, the afternoon session will have an additional special segment devoted to improving the play of the 12-13s. Besides the regular program, we are placing special emphasis this year on skills and teamwork in 12-13 year-old players. These players are ready to make the move to more advanced play in both offence and defense. |

Advanced players
improve their skills: fake out opponents, lift the ball over the defense, take the ball away from attackers and begin the attack on the other goal. |  |
